As a new vegan, I find the question I get asked the most (after ‘but why?’), is ‘but what DO you eat?’, at which point my mind usually goes blank and I mutter ‘you know….vegetables and stuff’. But I eat some really interesting stuff, and meal times are rarely boring. I don’t just live on lettuce. So naturally, I decided to set up a blog.

The idea of the blog is to document exactly what I – a vegan – eat. Don’t expect complex recipes, or swanky photography. Rather, expect a simple insight into a vegan diet, which I hope will be interesting to budding vegans, people who want to cut down on meat and dairy, and maybe even all those people who ask ‘but what do you eat?!…’
